Sunday 4th August saw a PCC XI take on the Pocklington Pixies in the annual Worsley Cup match.

Both teams fielded strong sides and an entertaining match was played out with the PCC side eventually running out winners to regain the Worsley Cup.

The match was also doubled up as our sponsors days and it was great to welcome so many down for a great afternoon of cricket, food and drink. We are extremely grateful to all of our sponsors for there ongoing support of our club, thank you once again!

Not was this also our sponsors day but we also turned the game red in support of PCCs own Rich Williman's fundraising efforts for the Ruth Strauss Foundation with various donations from match fees and the raffle all going towards Rich's total.
